1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WP Optix websites, software, documentation, and related services provided by Europe Digital LTD. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. License and permitted use
- Licenses are granted per the plan purchased (Starter, Professional, Agency).
- You may use WP Optix only on authorized websites and environments covered by your license.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer proprietary components except where law permits.
- You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and environment security.
3. Trials, billing, and renewals
- Trials, if offered, are subject to plan-specific limits and may be modified or discontinued.
- Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan terms.
- Renewals and cancellations are managed through the billing platform and customer portal.
- Applicable taxes may be charged based on jurisdiction.
4. Support and updates
Support scope and response priorities vary by plan. We may provide bug fixes, compatibility updates, and feature enhancements as part of active licensing. No specific roadmap commitments are guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or security attacks.
- Do not attempt to bypass technical restrictions, license enforcement, or security controls.
- Do not upload malicious code through support channels or product interfaces.
6. Intellectual property
WP Optix, related trademarks, logos, software code, and content are owned by Europe Digital LTD or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Europe Digital LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
Aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Europe Digital LTD from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or engage in harmful activity. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to billing commitments and applicable cancellation terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Europe Digital LTD is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled by competent courts in that jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
